Grooms Lodge
The Grooms Lodge is an extremely spacious very comfortable one bedroomed cottage. The cottage has reversed accommodation with the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom being downstairs and the spacious lounge upstairs.
The large bedroom has a beamed ceiling, 6' bed and there is an en suite fully tiled bathroom with a rolled top bath and a large shower.
The spacious beamed kitchen/diner is fully fitted with shaker style units, cooker, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher and has a slate floor. The lounge has a large vaulted beamed ceiling and two large squashy comfy sofas.
Externally there is a private patio with garden furniture and a large garden.
